Lasonja’s Rotel Dip

Let me “taco” bout how delicious this dip is and how perfect it is for any game day party!

1 pound ground beef

16 oz Velveeta cubed

10 ounces Rotel

Packet of Taco Season ( optional)

INSTRUCTIONS Add the ground beef to a large skillet and cook over medium-high heat until browned. Season with taco seasoning if you like. While the beef is cooking, cube the Velveeta. Once the beef is cooked, drain any grease, then add the cubed Velveeta and can of Rotel tomatoes and chilies. Stir together. Heat over medium heat until fully melted and smooth. Keep warm while serving to keep it melty and smooth.

Jen’s Football-Themed Cupcakes and Instapot BBQ Chicken

It’s time for the Big Game! I always ROOT for a good game to be played no
matter who is on the field, even though we are Green Bay Packers Owners! (Go
Pack Go!) I love entertaining, so I like super simple recipes, and you can’t
get much simpler than this two-ingredient cupcake recipe. Find some fun football-themed decorations (toothpicks, toppers, rings, flags, holders, etc.) and have fun
decorating with a field-colored frosting or team colors would work, too! I love
keeping it simple and yummy for the Big Game day!
